RISE: The Otsego Substance Free Youth Coalition is looking for parents to join their efforts of creating a substance free community for youth. This initiative is sponsored by the Health Department of Northwest Michigan, the Northern Michigan Regional Entity and Be The Solution - Drug Free Northern Michigan. 

There will be rotating meeting locations monthly between GHS, JLHS, and SMH as a way of making it a bit easier for members to join. Meetings will be held the first Monday of every month. Please contact Tracy O'Connell if you are interested or have any questions.
