THUNDER BAY THEATRE
A Big THANK YOU to Mrs. Betsy Speer for writing a grant to bring Thunder Bay Theatre to our St. Mary students!! It was a big hit! Thunder Bay's staff presented many topics to our students including audience etiquette/manners, self-care, navigating relationships, bullying, proactive behavior and healthy ways to cope with feelings and stress, all in an age appropriate and fun manner! Thank you Mrs. Speer for bringing this opportunity to St. Mary Cathedral School!! Check out the resource page for teens here!

RISE: The Otsego Substance Free Youth Coalition is looking for parents to join their efforts of creating a substance free community for youth. This initiative is sponsored by the Health Department of Northwest Michigan, the Northern Michigan Regional Entity and Be The Solution - Drug Free Northern Michigan.
There will be rotating meeting locations monthly between GHS, JLHS, and SMH as a way of making it a bit easier for members to join. Meetings will be held the first Monday of every month. Please contact Tracy O'Connell if you are interested or have any questions.
